NIKE released a new shoe with thousands of tiny cushoiney beads in the sole that soften the impact and conform to the shape of your foot. When you workout hard, these shoes do, too.
To bring this feature to life we created an immersive installation in Shanghai’s busiest shopping district where runners could test drive the new shoe. The installation reacted to the speed that you ran – the faster you go, the higher the balls flew. Music and sound effects were also reactive to your speed. Afterwards, you were served up a video of your JOYRUN, which you were then able to share over social.
